We repair all major manufacturer brands of POS equipment and include a one-year warranty.

Equipment goes through a comprehensive diagnosis and repair process in our new state-of-the-art facility.  Repaired units are cleaned and re-certified to a like new condition all within an industry leading, efficient turnaround time.

Replacement units can be drawn from your company’s own inventory housed in TPG’s warehouse or drawn from TPG’s inventory on a just-in-time basis.

The Phoenix Group will manage the retrieval of all equipment requiring service while providing up-to-date status reports on your services.

When equipment comes back to the Phoenix Group, it will be repaired and refurbished to a like-new condition, then restocked back into our inventory or your on-site replacement stock.
