Q: How can I place an order?

A: There are several ways to place an order The Phoenix Group! You may call us at 866-559-7627, fax us at 636-329-1710, or directly email it to: orders@phoenixgrouppos.com. Once you have a TPG Customer ID, you can even place an order through our website.

Q: Do you offer same day shipping?

A: All orders ship same day if they are received at The Phoenix Group by the shipping times below:
Ground & 3 Day select: 5:00 PM CST
Overnight & 2nd Day: 5:30 PM CST

Q: Will you download and deploy equipment for my company or customer?

A: Yes. We can deploy, encrypt, and custom ship per your request!

Q: Who do you use to ship the equipment?

A: We primarily use UPS, but will also use Fed Ex upon request. Shipping costs will be based on the weight of the equipment ordered and location of shipment.

Q: Will you ship using my UPS or FedEx account number?

A: Yes, we will use your account numbers as requested.

Q: Do you have a repair department?

A: TPG is the only authorized repair facility in the U.S. for all the major manufacturers. We offer warranty and non warranty repair service. Our quality and turnaround time are second to none.

Q: Do you have warranties on your equipment?

A: Yes, all new equipment come with the manufacture s standard warranty and all refurbished equipment come with a 1 year warranty from The Phoenix Group.

Q: Can you do encryptions?

A: TPG houses hundreds of encryptions keys from all processors.
